Open any Chapter Page, click on Yellow Donate button under \u0022Sponsorship/Membership\u0022 \u002D the link takes you to eventbrite page of an old OWASP LA Dinner, NOT to Donation page as it is supposed to. As a result nobody can donate funds to any Chapter!
